A Level German Trip to Berlin 2025
As part of their A Level studies in German, our Sixth Form students took part in a residential visit to the historically significant city of Berlin from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 December 2025. The aim of this trip was to gain a better understanding of the way of life in Berlin and its history, which forms part of the A Level syllabus, whilst at the same time practising and developing the German that students had learnt in the classroom. During the trip, they visited many of the most famous sights in Berlin, such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag Building, as well as visiting a number of museums like the GDR Museum and the Topography of Terror. Students also went to a sports fixture.
