Head of Philosophy, Religion & Ethics (PRE) with responsibility for PSHE

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to lead the Philosophy, Religion & Ethics (PRE) and the Personal, Health, Social and Economic (PHSE) curriculum within our Humanities faculty. 

You will work closely with the Head of Faculty to ensure students experience a broad and engaging curriculum and that our provision is relevant and empowering. PSHE is delivered through our Personal Development programme, with dedicated curriculum time, enrichment days and a form time and assembly programme. You will be passionate about the importance of both curriculum areas for all students, and have a focus on growing GCSE and A Level courses so that they become a thriving part of our 14-16 and post-16 curriculum offer. 

The post is available for September 2023, but we are happy to discuss an earlier start date if this is of interest to the successful candidate.
