Teacher of Business

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of Business to be part of our growing Business & Economics department. In recent years GCSE Business has become a popular option for our students; we are keen to offer more GCSE Business classes and introduce A Level Business from September 2022.  To do this, we need a Business teacher with a passion for their subject and the skills to engage GCSE and A Level students across the ability range.  The ability to teach some Economics at GCSE and/or A Level would be an advantage.

GCSE Business and GCSE Economics are popular option subjects, with six classes across the current Key Stage 4 cohort. Our four A Level Economics classes in the Sixth Form are regularly oversubscribed and we are committed to ensuring A Level Business becomes a successful part of our A Level curriculum. Our Business & Economics department offers a collaborative working environment consisting of our Head of Department and two further subject specialists.
